We went for breakfast and not everything was open but definitely worth the visit !

Busy market place with artsy “mushroom” cover. Surrounded by many shops/ restaurants. Located in Seville, Spain. Mercado de la Encarnacion.

Great place to eat, we came here thrice and tried a new thing every time. The seafood stand is good, the grill is great (5€ for a absolutely tender and tasty steak, 2.5€ for a plate of sausage), the pinchos not great but good value for price. Cheap drinks. Good for a quick meal or when you are tired of all the other too crowded restaurants

A must see spot. Also go there around 13.00 so that you can enjoy fish food at the restaurants in the market area.

I live close by and get everything I need from the market and the store. There are two fruit stalls and a couple of meat and fish stalls. There is also a small restaurant that serves Menú del día. It's nothing like the Atarazanas market but it's enough to do daily shopping.

They have done a great job converting the old ugly market into a gourmet destination, great for meeting with some tapas. I must say that I was a bit disappointed that the bartender at the Guardia told me that there was a free tapa included and then charged me a higher price for the wines, but I will let it slide.

Best small portion 5€ prime rib steak I've ever had and ever likely to have. Ready in 5 minutes. Very good for desayunos also, very inexpensive.

Very good and clean large supermarket with everything you need from household cleaners, paper products, personal hygiene goods to meat, fruits, vegetables, wine, canned goods and bakery etc.
